• Upwork Clause: Projects facilitated via Upwork are subject to Upwork’s Terms of Service.

3. Payments & Refunds

• Payment Processors: Stripe/PayPal (we never store card details).
• Refund Policy: Requests must be submitted within 14 days of service initiation. No guarantees on specific SEO outcomes.

4. User Obligations

• Age: Must be 18+ (or have parental consent).
• Prohibited: Spamming, hacking, fraud, or sharing false information.

5. Limitation of Liability

Not liable for:

• Indirect damages (lost profits, data loss).
• Third-party actions (e.g., Google algorithm updates).

6. Governing Law

Governed by laws of India. Disputes resolved via arbitration in New Delhi.
